Getting Started with WOW This really is as easy as 1, 2, 3 Step 1 – Your Tracking Code The only setup requirement for WOW! is the placing of our simple web tracking code on your website. This can be found in the admin login for your new system and should be placed in the header of all the pages you wish to be monitored. Once deployed WOW! will auto discover the URLs of the web pages it has been deployed on, ready for your page scores. Step 2 – Your Page Rankings As WOW! is looking at multiple pages it is important for lead scoring that you rank each page based on its importance to your sales and marketing qualification process. The more important the page, the higher the score it carries. For example, Home Page = 5 points, Contact Us = 8 pts, Product Technical Description = 12 points Step 3 – Your Lead Scoring In consultation with you we can now define at what point each sales person should be allocated which type of lead. For example, Red Hot leads have over 50 points, Warm leads over 25 points and Cold leads have 15 points or less.
The lead report will be presented as a ranked list in points order, where required outbound notifications (in the form of Email or SMS) can be generated at the point that companies hit pre-determined thresholds.
