Email Marketing Integrated with MS CRM

As the CommuniGator Email marketing world tour rolled into Bristol today there was a lively debate on integration with CRM products and especially MS Dynamics CRM.

Several audience members had been dismayed with solution providers offering "integration" which turned out to be nothing more than a view of the email data from the contact record in CRM. With it only being a view, advanced find can not pick it out and use email activity data as secondary segmentation or selection rules.

The crowd went wild when we demonstrated our integration with MS CRM V4 and how all the data written back (including survey questions and answers) became native CRM contact data thus allowing advanced find (and thus marketing lists) to pick it up easily.
