All of our new hosted customers receive our comprehensive Starter Pack. This is designed to get your email marketing solution up and running and sending email marketing campaigns in the fastest possible way.
As well as creating your online instance with your unique login and password, the starter pack covers the creation of your sending identity that you have agreed with your account manager.
Once your sending infrastructure is up and running this pack also includes the training needed to ensure you are fully competent with the email marketing solution and its range of features. This consists of an initial one day course at our premises in Godalming, followed by 4 x 2 hour training tokens that can be redeemed and content structured as required. The primary objective of the training is to learn, but we also try to ensure that at least one campaign is sent out during the training sessions.
The final component is the creation of a set of 3 best practice HTML templates preloaded into your email marketing solution to get you started.
