With our recently launched integration to the SalesLogix v7.5 web client we also embed the GatorMail application in the CRM view, creating a seamless end user experience.
A GatorMail campaign can interact with either a static or dynamic CRM group and will record all of the key activities from your emails into a dedicated history table in the CRM database. These activities are then fully searchable to build further segmented groups or can be used to escalate workflow and/or activities for your sales team.
Our ‘Send to Friend’ and ‘Web Capture’ functionality is also able to add new lead records to Sage CRM via referrals of your email campaigns and new signups from your website.
