Sage SalesLogix Email Marketing & SalesLogix CRM Integration
The CommuniGator CRM integration uses its secure web services to automatically transfer new email marketing campaign and contact data from the SalesLogix CRM into the GatorMail email system and passes email marketing campaign results such as email opens, click-throughs and survey answers back to Sage SalesLogix CRM.
With the integration of our email marketing software to the Sage SalesLogix CRM web client we also embed the GatorMail application in the SalesLogix CRM view, creating a seamless end user experience.
A GatorMail email marketing campaign can interact with either a static or dynamic SalesLogix CRM group and will record all of the key activities from your email marketing into a dedicated history table in the SalesLogix CRM database. These activities are then fully searchable within SalesLogix to build further segmented groups or can be used to escalate workflow and/or activities for your sales team via the CRM system.
Our ‘Send to Friend’ and ‘Web Capture’ functionality is also able to add new lead records to SalesLogix CRM via referrals of your email campaigns and new signups from your website.
