Email Marketing Integrated with Salesforce.com CRM
Salesforce.com is a premium hosted CRM tool with a focus on sales force automation and customer service management.
This is a web based application hosted entirely by the provider, removing the need for time consuming and costly software installs and the maintenance of IT infrastructure and in house databases.
GatorMail’s integration with Salesforce.com provisions a two way flow of data between CRM and the email marketing application. A contact view in CRM can be sent to GatorMail and a campaign header created automatically and once initiated results are taken back to the individual contact record inside of CRM.
Additional contact views can then be built from campaign activities such as opens and click throughs, closing the loop between email marketing and CRM. |
