GatorMail is a proven email marketing application that integrates directly with MS CRM’s Marketing Campaign functionality.
Simply build your target Marketing List in MS CRM – Create the Campaign Activity with a channel type of “CommuniGator” and this will automatically pass the target list, using our secure web services, to the email module for fulfilment.
Following execution and sending of the campaign, GatorMail returns selected results data back to the CRM Contact record, including emails opened, click throughs, unsubscribe and undeliverables. We are also able to record accessing and completing of GatorMail electronic surveys.
These activities are then fully searchable using the MS CRM Advanced Find functionality, giving the perfect opportunity to segment your data based on your contacts interactions with marketing emails.
