Email Marketing Integrated with Sage Act!
GatorMail Premium is a fully functional enterprise level email marketing application that is available with direct integration to Sage Act!
This allows users to create campaign audiences based on CRM contact data and to generate groups. These groups are then automatically passed to GatorMail via our web services.
Once your campaign audience is in place it is simply a case of selecting the appropriate email template. The template library in GatorMail Lite contains a variety of HTML designs with designated areas for image placement and text – taking away the pain of HTML design. For the more aware HTML user, it is possible to upload HTML in a zip file or from a URL if externally created templates are available to you.
GatorMail then tracks email opens, click throughs, bounces and unsubscribes and returns this information direct to the contact record in your Act! database. This enables you to use these activities to construct future campaign audiences based on highly segmented groups in CRM. |
