Begin the process by creating your campaign audience in CRM, which is then automatically transferred to GatorMail using our encrypted web services. Once your campaign has been initiated, data beings to flow back into CRM, recording the following activities in the contact history: - Email Sent
- Email Opened
- Web Hit
- Document Downloaded
- Landing Zone Hit
- Survey Accessed/Completed
- Survey Answers
- Unsubscribe
- Email Undeliverable
This information is then fully searchable within CRM, allowing creation of segmented groups for follow up email campaigns, or for other follow up activities such as telephone calls or direct mail.
