Article Management

To simplify the production of email marketing newsletters, GatorMail has the ability to separate the three fundamental components of your email markeing HTML designs;

  1. The HTML frame that layouts the text and format
  2. The skin which generates the corporate imagery, brand colours and fonts
  3. The bit that really counts!! The content
At the core of your email’s design is the layout of your content. This is key to provoking recipient’s interest and ultimately, click through traffic to a destination where they can be converted. Using standard format ‘blocks’ which have been constructed using our in depth ‘eye traffic’ studies the content will be automatically formatted and positioned to give the optimum click throughs based on position alone. This allows the email’s design to be pre-created to produce an optimum format based on an agreed look and feel. Once built, these templates are instantly available to the marketer to select and therefore remove what has historically taken 50% of the time and effort.

Now we have a pre-determined place and format to publish content all that is left is to write your articles. Each article is structured so that it allows the content produced to be used in several different ways in the email marketing campaign without being changed by the creator. Articles consist of a title, short and long descriptions and an image that can be used to enhance/emphasise the article content. The image would mainly be used in web pages that traffic will be diverted to, rather than in the email itself. In addition to the physical content an article also has an expiry date which allows it to be published for a defined period and then automatically made unavailable so it can’t be published by mistake.

What you should find over time is that audiences become smaller and email marketing campaigns greater in number, but because of the reduction in time building campaigns, the net result is a higher click through rate, produced in less time, because email marketing is being sent to recipients with content that they find interesting.
