A hosted solution with a login via a web interface to manage campaigns. CommuniGator’s server handles the delivery and tracking of your email campaigns. We have an optimised sending infrastructure including whitelisting and authentication to maximise your delivery rate. CommuniGator has ongoing relationships with ISPs and we carefully monitor SPAM complaints and blacklists. Let us take care of the deliverability issues, leaving you with the time to develop your email marketing strategy. We offer complete end-user control and a range of functionality to fulfill your campaign requirements easily and effectively.

The GatorMail starter pack

All our hosted customers receive the starter pack. This pack is designed to get you up and running in the fastest possible way.

As well as creating your online instance with your unique login and password, the starter pack covers the creation of your sending identity that you have agreed with your account manager.

Once your sending infrastructure is up and running this pack also includes the training needed to
ensure you are fully competent with the tool and its range of features. These training days will vary in content according to the functionality purchased. The primary objective of the training is to learn,
but we also try to ensure that at least one campaign is sent out during the training sessions.

The final component is the creation of a set of best practice templates for email, landing
zone and survey (depending on functions purchased).
