What’s New
• A/B Testing - 2 emails with different subject lines can be tested with a sample of the
audience. The email and subject line with the best open or click through rate can be
automatically or manually sent X days later.
• View results on email design - The preview of the email design in the campaign results
for all new campaigns v5.0 onwards displays the hit rates on each link to a landing zone
or web link.
• iScore - This stands for Intelligent Score. A number of iScore categories can be created
and added with weighted results to each email, landing zone link and web link. This
allows a ‘how hot are your contacts’ based on their scores per category across any
number of campaigns. For example, show me a list of my hottest leads for Product A for
all campaigns over the last 6 months.
• Analytics - Allows additional reporting features across your campaigns which can
produce a PDF summary and this can be emailed on. The visual reporting focuses on
click throughs, domains, bounces and allows drilling into further detail and the ability to
create follow-up groups.
• Salutation component - The HTML editor allows different salutation fields to be added
whether the data is available or empty.
• Auto create text email - A new function in the HTML editor that allows the TEXT email
to be created based on the HTML content.
• Spam complaints manager - A new service that takes ISP feedback loop emails from
customer complaints (those hitting the spam button) and updates the contact record as a
hard bounce in the software.
Domain suppression list - A new tool that allows you to add a list of domains that will
be permanently suppressed on all campaigns. If you choose not to email any address
with @xyz.com address, add this to your domain suppression list.
What’s enhanced
• Performance - A number of performance enhancements to the application interface and
its email send mechanism.
• Unsubscribes - Survey unsubscribes are now reported in the campaign results.
• Count audience - Revised the counting mechanism to perform faster.
• Sending test emails - Have altered this to work easier for sending tests.
• Link alias - Revised the method for editing tracked links in the product to work easier.
• Microsoft office 2007 support - Added support for file types .docx, xlsx etc so they can
be uploaded using editor.
